CADRO Terms of Service

1. The service

CADRO provides tools for managing vacancies, candidate applications, interviews and hiring analytics, as well as a candidate cabinet and a public talent pool. The service is provided “as is” with reasonable efforts regarding availability and security.

2. Accounts

• Company staff get access by invitation from the company administrator and are responsible for keeping their credentials safe.
• Candidates sign in to the cabinet with a Google account; the cabinet shows only applications submitted from the verified email address of that account.
• Sharing access with third parties and using the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

3. Data and privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (https://cadro.waf.com.ua/privacy). The employer company is responsible for the lawful basis of processing its candidates’ data; CADRO processes it on the company’s instructions.

4. Public talent pool

• A candidate decides whether to publish a profile and can hide it at any time.
• A company inviting a candidate from the pool receives their contacts only after the candidate’s consent and undertakes to use them solely for employment-related communication.

5. Content

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter. Uploading material that infringes third-party rights or the law is prohibited.

6. Liability

CADRO is not a party to the employment relationship between companies and candidates and does not guarantee a hiring outcome. The service’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms and will announce material changes on this page. A user may stop using the service at any time; a company may request deletion of its data.
