How CADRO works: features, Free and the ATS trial

CADRO is web-based recruiting software for hiring teams and agencies, with a Ukrainian and English interface. It brings together job publishing, candidate management and interviews. Candidates have a separate portal for their applications.

Information reviewed:

Who CADRO is for

Teams that want jobs, candidates, decisions and next steps in one workspace. Recruiters manage the process, hiring managers work with their assigned vacancies, and interviewers work with their assigned interviews.

Start with a public vacancy and incoming applications. When you need pipelines, interviews and analytics, a company administrator can separately activate the ATS trial. CADRO does not promise a number of applicants or a guaranteed hire.

What you can do

The workspace keeps hiring context together as work moves between team members. Available actions depend on the user’s role and the company’s ATS access.

  • Create vacancies, save drafts and publish them on a company career page.
  • Receive applications and CVs through the vacancy form; manage candidate records and hiring pipelines.
  • Schedule interviews, add participants, collect structured scorecards and review process history.
  • Work with tasks, team chats, files and reports.
  • Opt into Telegram notifications and submit feedback from inside the application.

Free access and the 90-day ATS trial

Free has no time limit: public vacancies, your own incoming applications and basic notifications. Each workspace includes 2 administrator/recruiter seats and 500 MB of storage, with no limit on the number of public vacancies.

The one-time ATS trial lasts 90 days. A company administrator explicitly starts it in company settings. Registration, publishing a vacancy and inviting an employee do not start the trial. No payment card is required to get started.

After the trial, public jobs and incoming applications remain available. Existing ATS data can be read and exported; new ATS actions require continued access. Contact the CADRO team to agree on continued access — there is currently no fixed public price.

Google Calendar and Google Meet

Google sign-in and connecting a calendar are separate actions. A recruiter explicitly connects Google Calendar in settings and consents to managing events on their own calendars.

CADRO creates interview events in the connected user’s primary calendar, adds participants and can generate a Google Meet link. Rescheduling or cancelling the interview updates its linked event. Google sends calendar invitations from the corresponding organizer.

Candidates do not need to grant calendar access to sign in to their portal. The Google integration does not grant CADRO access to Gmail message contents.

The candidate experience

Candidates can search public jobs, apply from a phone, save vacancies and view their applications in a separate portal. Interviews, invitations, application-related chats and an optional email job subscription are available.

Joining the public talent pool and allowing search engine indexing are separate opt-in choices. Creating an account or applying for a job does not make a company’s private candidate database public.

Try it with your own workflow

Create a company workspace, complete its profile and prepare one real vacancy with its description, requirements and conditions. Preview the career page, publish the vacancy and share its link.

Invite a colleague within your seat limit. Submit a test application through the candidate journey and check that it arrives. When ready to test the full workflow, activate the trial and move the candidate through the pipeline and an interview.

Start with one workflow. Check roles, mobile applications and the reports you need before moving all your work.

Data, migration and access

Companies have separate workspaces, with employee access determined by company and role. An invitation to a cross-company chat does not itself grant access to another company’s ATS or candidates.

Before migrating from another system, check its export format and support for the fields you need. Not every ATS export can be imported without preparation; test a small sample first. CADRO supports company data export.

The privacy policy and terms describe personal data processing and user rights. Contact the CADRO team about data questions or your specific workflow.

Questions and feedback

The workspace and candidate portal include a Feedback button to report a problem, attach images and view submitted requests. For onboarding or access terms, use the contact email below.

CADRO is evolving. This page describes available capabilities; future plans are not claims of delivered features. We do not claim automatic AI candidate selection, guaranteed hiring outcomes or automatic vacancy collection from every job board.
